Question 1

What subscription plans are available?

Accepted Answer

Starter is $89/month, Growth is $179/month, and Pro is $329/month. The requested first-renewal extensions are 1, 2, and 4 weeks respectively for first-time subscribers, but they are not active because the current checkout cannot extend a paid billing period. Until that is supported, subscriptions follow the normal monthly renewal schedule. See the Pricing page for current terms.

Question 2

What does the free CSV audit do, and is my file uploaded?

Accepted Answer

The free audit processes your CSV in your browser and calculates review volume, average rating, reply activity, unanswered reviews, and opportunities from valid rows. The file is not uploaded for the audit, and the tool does not retrieve live review-platform data. Include review text, a 1–5 rating, a YYYY-MM-DD date, and whether the business replied.

Question 3

How do workspace CSV imports work?

Accepted Answer

In a workspace, map the CSV columns, preview and validate the rows, then confirm the import. Imported reviews are stored in that workspace as historical data supplied by your file. An import does not connect to review platforms or enable live monitoring.

Question 4

How can I share a location’s review link?

Accepted Answer

Save a review destination for the location, then copy its link or download a QR code to share with customers yourself. ReviewLift AI prepares the link and code; it does not submit a review on anyone’s behalf.

Question 5

Does ReviewLift AI send review requests?

Accepted Answer

No. You can edit a suggested message and copy it from the workspace. The message stays in your browser, and your business sends it manually to an actual customer.

Question 6

Can I edit an AI reply, and will it be posted automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For an imported review in a workspace, you can edit the AI-generated reply, save it to that review, or copy it. A standalone reply draft stays in your browser session. No reply is sent or published automatically; your business reviews and posts it itself.

Question 7

How should I ask customers for reviews fairly?

Accepted Answer

Ask actual customers for honest feedback without choosing who receives a review request based on whether you expect a positive response. Do not gate reviews by sending only satisfied customers to a public review site. If you offer an incentive, first check the review platform’s rules, disclose it where permitted, and never make it depend on positive sentiment.
